At the State Tournament, students can apply the learning and preparation they made to challenges designed by scientists and engineers. They can be recognized for both individual and team merits. One team from each age division will then attend the Science Olympiad National Tournament.
The State of Oregon Science Olympiad tournament, which will be at University of Portland on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, is the main event for our program.
At the tournament, students will meet other science and engineering enthusiasts and show off their skills in the events they’ve chosen.
